Q: How to order? 

A: Please send us your purchase order by Email or Call us, or we can make you a proforma invoice under your request.
We need to know the following information for your order before sending you the PI.
1)Product information-Quantity, Specification(Size, Material, Technological if needed and Packing requirements etc.)
2)Delivery time required.
3)Shipping information-Company name, Street address, Phone&Fax number, Destination sea port.
4) Forwarder's contact details if there are any in China.

Q: How long is the sample time? Can the sample fee be returned? 

A: Proofing is usually 5-7 working days. If the order reaches or exceeds behind MOQ quantity, the proofing fee is refunded. If
not reached behind MOQ quantity, a proofing fee will be taken by you.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality?

A: Before the mass production, the sample will be produced in advance for your confirmation. We will also carry out the final
inspection of the finished products before delivery.
